We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors and appearance may differ depending on your device settings.

  • Artistic Interpretation: For all personalized products, you acknowledge that the final design is an artistic interpretation of the photo provided.
  • Photo Quality: While we strive for maximum accuracy, Petailor is not responsible for suboptimal results or a lack of resemblance caused by low-quality, blurry, or poorly lit photos submitted by the customer.
  • Expectations: We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your subjective expectations or be identical to digital renderings.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • Strict Cancellation Window: Due to the personalized nature of our Services, orders enter the design and production phase shortly after they are placed.
  • 2-Hour Limit: Cancellation requests are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. After this 2-hour window, Petailor is unable to accommodate cancellations or provide refunds, as costs associated with your unique customization have already been incurred.
  • Refund Policy: Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & IMAGE RIGHTS

All content on the Services is owned by Petailor or its licensors.

  • Customer Representations: By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to such content or have obtained explicit permission from the owner.
  • Usage License: You grant Petailor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, modify, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Content Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that violates third-party intellectual property or is deemed offensive.
