1. Order Processing & Customization Time
Because each Petailor piece is uniquely customized and handcrafted for your furry friend (such as custom apparel, jewelry, and rugs), items are not pre-made in a warehouse.

Customized/POD Products: Please allow 3 to 15 business days for our design and production team to perfect your order before it ships. The exact time depends on the complexity of the product.

Standard Products: Non-customized items are processed within 1–3 business days.
Note: Once your customized order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Shipping Origin & Logistics Partner
To maintain premium custom quality and seamless supply chain efficiency, all Petailor orders are crafted and shipped directly from our specialized global production and fulfillment centers in Asia.
We partner with top-tier international express couriers (including specialized European dedicated lines) to guarantee that your package is handled with care and delivered as fast as possible.
3. Shipping Times & Estimated Delivery
Once your order is crafted and handed over to our logistics partners, the estimated transit time is 5 to 8 days.

4. Tracking Your Order
Every order we ship includes 100% trackable shipping. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As a brand registered in Madrid, Spain, we comply with EU tax regulations. Price included VAT / No hidden fees. You will not face unexpected clearance fees upon delivery.
